Meet Kala, a 7-9 month old Black Lab mix with a heart full of love and a personality that will melt yours! Weighing in at around 50 pounds, Kala is the perfect balance of playful and affectionate, and she’s eager to find a family to call her own. She’s expected to be around 60-65 pounds once fully grown, so there’s still some growing to do, but this sweet girl is already full of potential and charm.
Kala is a social butterfly who absolutely thrives on human companionship. She loves being around people, and she’s especially fond of cuddling. In fact, she thinks she’s a lap dog and will happily climb right up to snuggle with you! If you’re in need of belly rubs, Kala is your girl. She’ll eagerly roll over and offer her belly, ready to soak up all the love and attention you can give.
Kala is also a friendly and playful companion for other dogs, and she loves to run, play, and make new furry friends. Whether it’s chasing after a ball, playing tug-of-war, or just running around in the yard, Kala is always up for a good time. Her intelligence shines through as well—she’s eager to learn and always excited to pick up new tricks. We require and adoption application that involves reference checks and vet checks. We require a home visit and an adoption contract. Our adoption fee is $200 for most dogs. Prior to adoption all of our dogs have all the vaccinations appropriate for their age, are spay/neutered if over 4 months old, microchipped and heartworm checked if over 12 months of age.

We are an all foster based organization to promote the general well-being of all breeds of dogs. We take in all breeds and ages of dogs, provide them healthcare and training and adopt them to screened applicants that will be their forever homes. We also promote training and education about dogs.
