My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Beluga, a handsome and lovable neutered male Great Dane and English Setter mix. Beluga is a big guy with an even bigger heart, but due to his size and energy, he needs a special home to match his playful personality. Beluga was surrendered to CHS by his previous owner because he had a habit of chewing on furniture, a behavior that could easily be curbed in the right environment. He thrives in a space where he has room to move, so he would do best in a home with a large yard where he can stretch his legs and play to his heart's content. Given his size, Beluga is not suited for apartment living, and he would prefer to be the only dog in the household, where he can enjoy undivided attention. His ideal family will be active, patient, and ready to provide him with the love and exercise he needs to be his best self. Beluga isn't all play though, he is an big cuddle bug and will try to fit all 80 lbs of himself on your lap. If you're looking for a loyal and enthusiastic companion who will brighten your days, Beluga might be the perfect fit for your home!
