Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Meet Meijer, a goofy one-year-old pup with a playful personality and a love for tennis balls! This medium-sized guy is happiest when he’s playing fetch and can even keep himself entertained with a ball for a while.
Meijer can be a little unsure at first, especially with quick movements or unfamiliar situations, but he warms up quickly with patience—and some tasty treats don’t hurt either! He recently met a young child and showed just how gentle and curious he can be, even with a lot going on around him.
While he’s not overly focused on getting pets, Meijer will win you over with his fun-loving spirit and quirky charm. He’d do well in most homes and would love a family to share his tennis ball adventures!
If you are interested in adopting, please visit the shelter during adoption hours. Be sure to let the front desk know the name of the dog you are interested in visiting. Once you have met with the dog and an application has been approved, we will then ask to complete any meet and greets with any dog(s) that are currently living in the home or visit frequently.
Our adoption hours are as follows:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 12:00pm-5:30pm
Thursday: 2:30pm-5:00pm
Saturday, Sunday: 12:00pm-4:30pm
