My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

**About Yuki:**
Yuki is a classic short-haired tabby with a gentle and sweet nature. She has a super loud purr that will melt your heart! A calm girl at heart, Yuki prefers to sit back and watch the action unfold. Her favorite play activities include feather sticks, chasing balls, and tackling spring toys. While she may be a bit shy at first and take some time to adjust to new surroundings, reassurance and plenty of pets will help her feel right at home.

**About Zora:**
Zora is a fabulous medium-haired tortoiseshell with confidence and charm! She is friendly and has an even louder purr than Yuki. Zora loves to climb her cat tree, chase the broom, and follow her foster mom around, always ready for some fun. Outgoing and adaptable, she thrives in any situation, whether it's with other kitties, dogs, or children.

Together, we make an amazing team! If you're looking for a pair of affectionate companions to bring joy and laughter into your home, we would love to meet you!

More about this rescue

At Oakbrook Cat Rescue, we are a dedicated team of passionate volunteers united by our love for cats. As a no-kill rescue group, we provide a safe haven for both kittens and adult cats, ensuring they thrive in loving foster homes instead of cages. Our mission is to shower every feline in our care with compassion while offering essential services such as spaying, neutering, vaccinating, microchipping, and conducting FIV/FeLV combo tests.

We believe that every cat, whether a playful kitten or a wise old soul, deserves a second chance at happiness. In addition to caring for our adoptable cats, we support our community by assisting with the needs of feral and community cats whenever we can, helping to provide care and resources for local colonies.

From the most affectionate to the shyest, Oakbrook Cat Rescue is devoted to finding each of them a forever home filled with love. Together, we strive to make a difference—one paw at a time.
