My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Gemini but I like being called KittyKat. Pretty and purrfect, I am the ideal companion if you want a cuddly kitty with a sweet disposition. I love to flop onto your lap, chest, or beside you anytime you let me. If you stroke my belly, I will never leave!

I love my treats puzzles, my cardboard scratching board, and my scratching post. No scratching furniture for me! I am sure to talk to you with my quiet little language of meows so you know what I want. I will love, snuggle, and keep my main people happy, smiling and relaxed.

I am looking for a quiet, calm, and peaceful household where I can relax and be myself with the person I adore. It would be nice to have that person around a lot, but I am good to be on my own too. I am quite shy at first but I have proven that in the purrfect home for me, I will shake that off in a few weeks. I used to live with a dog but after being fostered without one, I like being the only fur baby.

VOKRA’s mission is to end cat overpopulation and homelessness. We rescue, heal, then place cats - first in our network of foster homes, then in carefully matched, loving, forever homes. We are a passionate, volunteer-driven charity with extensive cat care experience. We believe that no kill is the only responsible approach to rescue, that Trap-Neuter-Return works and that cats are AWESOME!
