Hunie was originally found in eastern Oregon, no one claimed her, she needs a home. Hunie is 11 pounds, with an underbite, Pug Chih mix. 100% lap dog. She gets along great with other dogs (large dogs are intimidating) cats ok. Estimate 4 years old. Located in North Central Washington, transport is provided within the Pacific northwest. Fees range between $150-$650. An adoption application, followed by a check of references, such as Veterinarian, and a home check and or pictures. After which the board will go over all the information and decide what is the best for the animal.

At present we are a foster based rescue. People are welcome to come meet our animals in their foster homes by appointment. In the future we will have adoption events in our areas.

More about this rescue

The founders of the multi state rescue have over 80 years of experience in rescue. We saw the need to use our experience to help and we formed Journey Home. Our love and passion for helping neglected, injured, abandoned, homeless animals is our utmost priority. Educating the communities on the need for spayed, neuter, and vaccines and training as needed. We rely on donations, and fundraisers and grants to help sustain the rescue.
