My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi there, I'm Sonny! I'm just a kitten but I've got a lot of love to give. I'm known for my sweet nature and friendliness. I love to play and explore new surroundings, but what I love most is being around people. I can't resist a good cuddle and I'll never say no to a gentle scratch behind my ears. My purr is the best sound you'll hear all day, it's my way of saying 'I love you'. I promise to make your home a happier place with my playful antics and sweet purrs. So, why should you adopt me? Because I'm not just a cat, I'm a friend who will always be there for you, offering comfort, companionship, and unconditional love. Let's create beautiful memories together!

More about this rescue

Established in 1982, We Care Animal Rescue is a no-kill sanctuary and shelter for homeless animals in the heart of Napa Valley. Our residents live and roam freely in communal spaces with safe access to the outdoors.

Our staff ensures animals receive daily socialization, enrichment activities, and veterinary care — particularly the elderly and those with special needs. We provide a forever home for all our animals, either through adoption to the public or with us in our sanctuary.
