Elsa knows sit: https://youtube.com/shorts/gLfPtRUZoiQ?feature=share
Behavioral:
Per volunteer 11/9: Elsa was very easy to leash and walk, she seemed to enjoy being outside in the sun and watching the cars pass by. She was nonreactive to other dogs, and overall seems like a happy sweet girl
Per volunteer 11/9: Elsa was so sweet to leash and loved sniffing around outside. Once she explored the whole space, she enjoyed a game of hide and seek with her handler, showed off her sit, and then got some all over rubs. Elsa didn't really have any interest in toys or playing, but she LOVED getting to go on a walk. She had a great time leading the way and even got to break out her husky run. Elsa would love a home where she can get lots of walks (runs would be great too!), plenty of pets and rubs, and the occasional game to get out some zoomies. Don't let this Ice Princess get frozen out of a fun winter!!
Per staff 11/7 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION:
KNOWN HISTORY:
Stray
KENNEL PRESENTATION:
Elsa was standing by the door with neutral/ semi soft eyes. She was patient and just stood waiting patiently. No issues exiting or returning
LEASH SKILLS:
Pulls minimally
HANDLING:
In the yard Elsa was calm and very well mannered! She was very calm and explored the yard and would come over to us every once and awhile with slow mid level wags. She allowed all handling and would lean in when petting her but would get bored of us quickly and walk off again to do her own thing. No interest in treats.
