Bennie’s best buddy is Jet, a 14-week-old black kitten, and together, they make the perfect playful duo to keep you entertained for hours. All BAHS cats are fully vetted, spayed or neutered and have updated vaccines and a microchip. Adoptions are by appointment. Fill out an online application, and staff will contact you for an appointment. All cats/kittens adopted from the Boone Area Humane Society must be indoor-only animals and cannot be declawed.All animals have been spayed/neutered, have been tested for heartworm/feline leukemia, have had age appropriate vaccinations, been dewormed, is on flea and parasite prevention and has been microchipped.

We like to make sure you and your pet are a good match! We'll spend time finding out what kind of pet you are looking for and if the pet you picked out will fit your lifestyle.

Adult cats (6 months and older) are $50 and include spay/neuter, all vaccinations except rabies, feluk testing and microchipping.
KIttens are $75 include spay/neuter, all vaccinations except rabies, feluk testing and microchipping.
