Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Bodie!
Found roaming a busy neighborhood- Bodie was on the run for 6 weeks before someone could catch him. If he had a family before, they weren’t looking for him and didn’t seem to care that he was missing. He was emaciated and terrified when he was found but immediately trusted his foster mom!
Bodie is such a sweet boy looking for his forever family! He is the perfect size, only 17lbs at 2 years old and the best snuggler. He loves all dogs, cats and humans! He has some separation anxiety, so will need a patient person to help him work through that. He also needs a secure yard as he can be a Houdini! He loves walks through the neighborhood or on the trails!
As long as his person is close by, he is a happy camper and loves to snooze on the couch or at your feet. He’s learning to potty outside and is doing a great job of letting me know when he needs to go out. It’s obvious his start to life was rough, and he deserves to be loved for the rest of his days! Can you be Bodie’s hero?
To set up a meet and greet or inquire about a dog, please first fill out an application at https://savinghoperescue.org/adopt It doesn`t obligate you, but it is the first step. We don`t get to all of the inquiries but respond to all applications. Thank you for choosing to rescue!
