My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Milo is a 4-5 year old pup that is looking for a new family to live on furever

Milo was originally rescued from Louisiana in 2020 after he was surrendered to us after Hurricane Laura. His family had adopted him from a shelter 6 months prior and decided he was no longer a good fit for their family due to his energy.

Milo was eventually fostered and adopted in Tampa Bay by a really sweet family. After a lot of heartbreaking decisions and trying to make it work, Milo is not getting along with their toddler. Milo still has potential to be a family dog, but prefers old children. He is such a sweetie and his family is heartbroken, but feels it is the right decision for their children and Milo.

Milo tends to be more dominant with other animals and really thrives with a female dog in the home. He doesn't do as well as a solo pup and needs a doggie friend.

Milo is ready to find his family that he can spend the rest of his furever with. Is it you?

Additional adoption info

All of our dogs and cats come spayed/neutered and vaccinated! Some of the pups will only have their first round of shots and may need rabies if they are under 3 months old. But other than that, these babies come ready to go! Our adoption fees vary, please inquire about each dog's individual fees. We do have cats and kittens available from time to time, so please inquire if you are looking for a feline pal! With their vetting, flights and care, we only ask for the adoption donation to help offset costs and make sure our adopters are serious. We love our rescues like we love our family. They mean the world to us and we just want to see them in good loving homes! And please check back as we are always adding new rescues to this page.
