Theo is a 10 month old, 18 lbs, male Corgi/Australian Shepard mix from California. He is adjusting well during his time in Brooklyn.
Theo enjoys cuddles, playing fetch, and chilling on the couch with his person. He is doing well in crate training and working on other obedience training like “stay” “come” and “sit”.
During his time with his foster family, he seems to be working on his house training and would benefit from routine and positive reinforcement with his favorite treats.
Theo is still working on his leash skills, but is improving quickly and will do better as he becomes more confident in the city.
Theo is a sweet, cuddly, and adorable pup.
His forever family will need to continue working with Theo to reinforce and advance the progress he's been making.
Theo has done well in his crate at night and is working on being comfortable alone during the day. He has some separation anxiety and his forever family will need to continue to advance his progress being comfortable on his own.
He loves to be cozy with his foster family and can often be found with his favorite fox stuffed animal or stuffed Lamb Chop.
Theo is looking for a medium to active family who can grow his confidence. He appreciates both downtime and active moments. Theo would likely do well with another friendly dog to grow his confidence.
Theo would be fine in a home with or without children.
Vaccinated for rabies, DA2PP, and bordetella. Neutered, heartworm negative, and microchipped. Current on flea, tick, and heartworm prevention.
