Update: Casper was brought back to the rescue only because he needs a single family home and not an apartment to live in. All the noises made him anxious and he would bark. Sadly the neighbors complained and he had to be returned. He is such a good boy and would love a home with a yard.

Casper was initially shy when he first went to foster but after a day warmed up to his new surroundings. He is playful and seems eager to learn. Loves cuddles on the couch. This guy will make a great addition to any home. Adoption fee: $395
