Minx is a 5 month old gorgeous buff tabby boy who was born outside to a feral mom and was found at 4 weeks old with severe infections in both of his eyes. Unfortunately the infection was severe enough to contribute to his vision loss. He can see some light but no objects. You wouldn't think he is visually impaired by the way he chases a toy around his foster home or how he plays with all the other foster kittens. His sense of smell and hearing have become heightened to help compensate for the lack of vision. His foster mom has started to do sound training with him. Different sounds mean different things, time to eat, get a treat, go upstairs to bed, etc. He is responding very well so far to this and would be great for his new family to continue this training to help him live his best life! Minx is a super sweet boy who loves to cuddle and have his chin scratched. He also loves to chase the laser pointer, you should see him go! Minx will do best in a home with another kitten or cat who can help him navigate his home and to have as a playmate. Don't let the way he looks stop you from adopting Minx.
