My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi! My name is Henry!

I am a loving, excitable puppy who they believe will thrive in a home that's ready for a highly trainable, energetic, and affectionate companion.

This is what my foster family has to say "Henry is definitely a true herding mix with lots of beans (and ankle biting lol) but he is a very sweet boy. He certainly likes being around our dogs and would do well with another similar energy dog in his forever home in the future. Henry does miss some social cues but that is not surprising if he was not well socialized as a younger puppy, thus his future guardian will benefit from taking him to puppy classes or one on one training sooner than later" And yes they took my profile pic 💓

Applications for Henry will be accepted and reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis. We want to ensure we find the right home for him, so we apologize in advance if you are not contacted. Due to the volume of inquiries, we are unable to reach out to all applicants individually.

The Chilliwack Branch is an Animal Protection Centre for pets who have been rescued from abusive or neglectful homes. The Centre is open to the public by appointment only due to the security issues associated with housing animals awaiting the outcome of legal proceedings. We will accept surrendered animals by appointment only, and we are open for adoptions on special occasions.
