Patches is an incredibly smart and playful middle-aged love bug. Her favorite activities include playing tug-of-war, chewing on toys, warming laps, and snuggling in bed with her human. Weighing in at a perfect 25 pounds, she doesn't take up too much room, making her an ideal bed companion. After delivering her last litter of puppies while in foster care, Patches is now ready to enjoy life as an empty nester. She is crate trained and almost fully house trained, occasionally using potty pads. Patches walks well on a leash but also enjoys a fenced in yard where she can patrol for squirrels and birds. She needs a home without small children but gets along well with other dogs. She will be your new best friend.

We offer a Foster program for those who would like to provide a temporary home to one in need.

All older puppies (6 mos or more) and adults are fully vetted prior to adoption.

Proverbs 12:10 Animal Rescue is a NO KILL animal rescue dedicated to providing shelter and loving care (which includes food, veterinary care and any other necessity) for animals that were abused, abandoned, owner surrendered, or destined to be euthanized due to over-crowded shelter conditions. Through the use of foster homes, Proverbs will care for these animals until such time as a good, responsible, loving home can be found for all adoptable animals.
