Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Meet Jax, a lovable 4-year-old dog who is half German Shepherd and half Husky! Jax loves cuddling up and being near his humans. He's playful, energetic, and loves getting outside for walks or playing fetch with a ball. You will probably notice Jax's striking heterochromia -two different colored eyes! He spends majority of his time on his bed with a soft toy in his mouth, content and calm. Jax is also protective of his home. He'll alert you with a bark whenever someone approaches the door or the property, making him a great watchdog. Jax is up to date on all his vaccinations, including rabies, and he's been neutered. He would thrive in a home where he can get regular walks and ball play to burn off his energy, but he's also perfectly happy to settle down with a stuffie for some quiet time. Jax would do well with big dogs, big kids, or even as the only dog in the household. He's a friendly guy who just wants to be loved and appreciated.
