Meet Phoebe, a delightful pup with a personality that shines once she's comfortable! Though she may be a bit shy initially, Phoebe quickly warms up into an energetic bundle of fun and affection. She can be a bit exuberant and will benefit from positive reinforcement training to help her manage all that puppy excitement. Phoebe would do best in a home with children over the age of 10, and it's important for all family members to be there to meet her before adoption. If you're ready for a loyal companion with a playful spirit, Phoebe might just be the perfect match!
