My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Rowdy is an approximately 7 month old solid gray male kitten who was dumped at a feral colony with his littermate, Angel, and their mother, Stormie. They were obviously tame and very friendly. Rowdy is a calm but playful, affectionate boy. He adores wet food, toys, and cuddling with his littermate, Angel. They are very bonded and would probably be happiest if adopted together, but they are both independent and confident enough that they will be fine, if not. Rowdy's loving, lively personality and great purr make him the perfect kitten to curl up with on a cold winter night, or any time for that matter. In foster, but the foster would be happy to set up a day and time for you come to their house to meet the kittens, or will set up a day and time to meet you at Camp.

Additional adoption info

Our adoption process is three-fold: submit an application, meet the pet, then arrange for us to do your in-home interview.
Adoption Fees:
Kittens: $60, Cats (1 year plus): $50, Puppies: $250, Adult Canines (1 to 6 years): $200, Seniors (7 years plus): $100 (unless otherwise specified). Adoption fees are not a tax-deductible donation as allowed by IRS regulations. Adoption fees help to offset the cost of the pet's care incurred by Coastal Pet Rescue, which are generally 2 to 3 times the adoption fee amount.
Some special circumstances may change the fee; see pet's listing for actual adoption fee.

All Coastal Pet Rescue pets are current on shots, microchipped* and spayed/neutered prior to adoption. Adopters are responsible for any shots that may be due after adoption (particularly for kittens and puppies that must have three rounds of shots to be protected).

Microchip:
CPR has implanted a microchip as part of the adoption process and the chip is included in the adoption fee. However, some chip companies require a registration fee varying from $9.99 to $19.99. The registration fees are the responsibility of the adopter and are NOT included in the CPR adoption fee. Adopters may add this cost to their adoption fee to have CPR register the chip on their behalf.

30 Days Pet Insurance:
As a Petfinder member, all adopters are entitled to a free 30 day insurance policy through PetFirst. Coastal Pet Rescue is not responsible for this policy. Adopters must call PetFirst’s toll-free number 855-710-7387 to activate the coverage. If adopters fail to call, the policy will not be activated.
