My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, my name is Heritage! I’m a two-year-old male mixed breed with a story that’s still a bit of a mystery. I came to the shelter as a stray, so the humans here don’t know much about my past. But let me tell you what they do know—I’m an absolute sweetheart!

I have a long, shiny black coat that’s as soft as a cloud and perfect for petting (trust me, I get lots of compliments). I’m the kind of dog who lights up when someone gives me attention, and I’m always ready to share my tail wags and happy face with anyone willing to spend some time with me.

I might not have had the easiest start, but I’m eager to find a forever home where I can be a loyal companion. If you’re looking for a loving, gentle, and handsome pup to share your days with, I think we’d make a great match. Come meet me—I can’t wait to show you just how special I am!Fill out an adoption application online at: https://www.hshcky.org/
