Mimi’s Are The Best

Mimi is a 7-10 year old Red Heeler/Jack Russel mix weighing in at 24 lbs.

This adorable older gal is just the sweetest and has a sugar face that you cannot help but to fall in love with. Much like some grandma’s that are also called Mimi, this girl is slightly vision impaired and hard of hearing, it comes with age. Mimi enjoys sleeping most of the day, soft beds, pets, and being with her person. This sweetheart is so full of love.

Mimi has mastered her doggie manners, she is potty, leash and crate trained. A crate is not needed as Mimi is nondestructive. Good with other dogs as long as they don’t pester her, she co-exists great. Good with respectful kids. Honestly she loves get togethers and being with as many people as possible for all the pets and maybe some food 😉 Mimi is very obedient and food motivated especially if it is human food.

Even though she is older she loves to go on car rides and walks still and would do best with a fenced yard. We don’t know if her hearing is as bad as she lets on when she is not done outside. She barks at the door if she has to go out or is ready to come in.

We are searching for a forever foster for our Mimi girl as her current foster is not in a position to commit to hospice foster her. Unfortunately, our girl has some health issues and needs a home for however long she has left. She is still spunky, full of life and not in any discomfort. We will help with her medical needs and all we ask in return is for Mimi to be loved for the rest of her life. If you are interested we would love to discuss her predicament.
