My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Tinker's human recently died and she is looking for a forever home. She is petite (6.3 pounds) 4 years old and has a beautiful black coat. She lives indoors and is litterbox trained. She was current with her vaccinations in 2023, but could not see the vet this year to get spayed or for her vaccinations because of her human's illness. She is timid, but will warm up after you gain her trust, then she becomes a lap cat. She currently lives with another cat and dog. She would probably do best in a quiet home with older children.

Tinker is part of Mercy Hospices' Pet Peace of Mind program. We find loving homes for our patients beloved pets after their passing.

More about this rescue

The goal of Mercy Hospice' Pet Peace of Mind is to keep pets and our hospice patients together for as long as possible. If there is a financial need, we help with food, grooming, veterinary care, medications, ect... If there is no where for the pet to live after our patients passing, such as our patients family or friends, we assist with the rehoming process.
