LuLu-Rose is apx 5 years young and 8.2 pounds, short and round :)
Rescued from a South Texas shelter, LuLu-Rose is an absolute gem. She is sweet as can be, very happy, loves to be held and will make a perfect companion. She is wonderful with other dogs and cats, walks on leash, is very quiet, loving and bonds quickly. Well mannered older children preferred. I think she would be ok with a toddler visitor from time to time but LuLu- Rose is calm and laid back, I don’t think she would like to live with young children 24/7 .
She has a large scar on her back. This is completely healed, an old wound, she will not grow hair back here. This is most likely a chemical burn as we see this a lot in the South. People get medicated flea shampoo at a feed store meant for cattle that is super concentrated and they don’t read the giant warning label, dump it on a small dog and it gives them sever chemical burns. It hurts my heart to even think of her ever in that much pain. She is truly such a good girl. She deserves better. We know she will find her home for the holidays ❤️
