My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Dot has a personality that captivates everyone she meets. She is naturally playful and loves exploring her surroundings. Whether it’s chasing a tail or wagging her little legs in excitement, she finds joy in every moment. But don’t be fooled by her playful nature; she also has a gentle side that makes her an excellent naptime buddy. When she curls up on your lap, you’ll feel an instant bond that only a puppy can provide.

She’s eager to learn new things and with consistent guidance, she’s sure to grow into a well-behaved companion who loves to show off her skills.

Together, you can start a beautiful journey filled with love, laughter, and countless tail wags. Dot is sure to be the light of your life!

Additional adoption info

Once you have found a dog or cat that you think will be a match for you and your family we ask that you go to the adoptables tab of our website and send in an adoption application
Keeping in mind that our rescue is ran by volunteers we will only be contacting the applications that are a great match with one of our animals

Once we have processed the application we will contact references and the applicant. If the application is approved we will then set up a time to meet the animal Once everything has been completed we will schedule an adoption day. This will all depend on the age of the animal and if it still needs to be neutered/spayed. None of our animals will be released to their new home until they are spayed or neutered.

Our adoption fee includes
Spay/neuter
Microchip
1st set of shots
Rabies (depending on age)
Deworming
Please Note: We require our adopters to have a fenced yard (unless you live in a condo) and to be over the age of 18. All renters need to provide Landlord consent before their application can be processed

Our Story

It is my passion to help homeless, neglected and abused animals. I have been working in Calgary and area trying to help as many of these animals as I can by supporting families in my target community outside the city and here in Calgary, along with feeding many homeless dogs and cats.

With the support of my family and friends and their donations I have been able to start up this small rescue to help as many as I can.
