Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Hi, my name's Dodger. I'm an older Cocker Spaniel, and for a long time, I was living with a family that neglected me before dumping me on the streets of Los Angeles. I had no home, no one to care for me, and I was in so much pain. I was sick and covered in fleas, my mouth hurt from rotting teeth, and the bladder stones inside me were causing horrible bleeding. I just didn't have the strength to fight anymore. But then, Beagle Freedom Project found me! They rushed me to the vet where I got the urgent care I needed. The doctors performed a big surgery to remove huge bladder stones that were causing me to bleed internally, and they pulled out all my decayed teeth that had been infected for who knows how long. It's hard to believe, but I'm finally starting to feel a little better. Right now, I'm recovering in my foster home, where I feel safe and loved, but I still need a forever home where I can live out my golden years! Once I trust you, I'm such a friendly girl, and do not let my age fool you, I can be super silly and playful too! I promise to be the best companion ever if you open your home to me. Could you be my adopter?
