She has a high energy level and will thrive with lots of exercise and enrichment. Because of her size and strength, she may prove to be too much for infants or toddlers, but she is friendly and loving to everyone. Winifred is very responsive to training and loves physical and mental challenges. And best of all, when it’s time to relax and cuddle, she’s ready for that too!

​Please note that we are often asked if dogs are "house trained".  The dogs are in fact living in a kennel environment during their time with us.  Even if they have previously lived in a home and been trained - the stress of the change and the new home can sometimes cause regression and require some additional training.  We feel that it's best for all adopters to be prepared for this possibility.
