We have a transport set up to leave SoCal on 11/15/24 to NorCal and OR. We would love to add Abby to our trip for the right family ❤️ Travel costs/adoption fee are always due when we arrive in person with your new baby in hand ❤️
Meet Abby ❤️ She is purebred shih tzu. She weighs 9 lbs. Yes, she is full grown and at a very healthy weight. She turns 1 on Christmas Day of this year 2024 🎄 She is spayed, current on all vaccines, microchipped, has been thourely examined, and cleared by our vet to find a home all her own 😊
She is house trained, and will go outside to use the restroom when needed if asked to. She is also pad trained, but that's something we haven't had to use with her in the time she has been with us as she has been doing very well about going outside.
She is crate trained, and happily goes in her crate when needed whether to nap, or to stay in while you step out of the home. She also sleeps in her crate at night very peacefully. She is VERY easy going, and if you wanted to have her sleep in your room in her own bed aside yours, or even in bed with you I'm sure she would HAPPILY oblige.
She does very well on leash, and while the world is still new to her, she is happy to explore it with her person leading the way ☺️
Abbey is SWEET! She loves to be snuggled, and in your arms. She will stare at you in admiration, and paw at you when you aren't talking to her. She LOVES to be talked to, and especially if you are taking to her in a sweet calm voice. She is a wonderful dog, with a beautiful heart and personality to match.
Her prior owners had a premature delivery with their daughter and with everything in their lives changing much quicker than expected they found themselves scrambling for enough time to do it all, leaving Abby by herself and they knew her happiness was when she was with them and it made them sad knowing she was sad not having their attention on her like it used to be so they reached out to us to take her in and find her the best home!
She has so much depth in her eyes, as if they tell a story all their own. But I assure you, beyond that she is a happy joyful beautiful girl simply waiting for someone to come along and give her the life and family she so deeply misses being a part of ❤️
She is NOT a barker at ALL. She is very quiet, and serene tempered. She is VERY easy in every single aspect of what makes her so GREAT. She LOVES her spa days with our groomer. LOVES road trips around town. Is amazing with every single animal she has ever encountered. LOVES everyone with her beautiful ♥️ This girl is SPECIAL 💕

It covers all of her vet costs, the care and training involved in the time she has been here with us including her grooming costs.
Travel costs will be seperate, and in addition to her adoption fee pending where you are located.
