Meet Ivan!

A lively two to three-year-old Boston Terrier from Cypress, TX, whose heart is as golden as his striking coat. Sporting one brown eye and one icy blue eye, this little guy’s charm is truly one-of-a-kind! Despite a small challenge in his gait—stemming from a birth injury—Ivan’s zest for life is undeniable. He’s fully capable of getting around and has even been known to dash off to fetch his own bed, just so he can be close to his loved ones! This loyal, crate-loving sweetheart is seeking a calm, patient family who can offer him the consistent love and gentle understanding he needs to feel secure and loved.

Though Ivan might take a bit of time to warm up, once you’ve gained his trust, he’ll shower you with affection. He’s very comfortable around kids, having enjoyed couch cuddles and playtime with young children in his previous home. He gets along well with other friendly dogs and cats, though he’d thrive best in a home without large male dogs who might overwhelm his gentle spirit. Ivan is crate-trained and, though high-energy, he’s also a pro at cozying up in his favorite spots!

Ivan is up-to-date on his vaccinations, microchipped, and scheduled for his upcoming neuter appointment. He’s a bright little guy and has already learned a few commands like "no" and "come on."
