Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This is Mila, the cutest pibble on the planet & the absolute sweetest too! Someone left her with us tied up outside with a nice collar/leash. To our surprise, her owners never came to the shelter looking for their sweet girl. So she is just hanging out with CARE until she finds her furever people!

We have an application and upon approval a cn adoption contract. the cost for cats is $50 and dogs are $100. Other animals vary based on what they are.
