Meet Crystal, who comes to us from the Rowan County Animal Shelter. She is an approximate 6 and a 1/2-year-old, 13 lb., Maltese mix. Crystal has been to the shelter 3 times this year! She was first at the shelter in January (circumstances unknown), second time was a part of a hoarder case in March with many others and her puppy, and this last and final time was when we pulled her on October 31st. Crystal went to the shelter in horrendous shape. She was in dire need of a grooming and had 3 broken teeth. We gave her a spa day and had her trimmed down because of the matting. Crystal is now fully vaccinated and is microchipped. She will be scheduled for spay soon. We will also be having our vet take a look at her teeth. For what this poor girl has been through, she has the best personality and is so very sweet. She wags her tail and likes to roll around. She is a really good girl.
