My name is Kobe!

We got Kobe back in early 2020. He will soon be hitting 5 years old! He is such a lover and a great companion dog. Full discloser, we did learn early on that he suffers from anxiety and is an obsessive licker. Unfortunately due to his anxiety he does tend to eat anything and everything. He has had two major open stomach surgeries in his past too remove foreign objects he has eaten. Since both of these surgeries we have learned he can not be left alone with out being in a contained area with absolutely nothing he could possibly ingest. He will also lick a lot! He licks his bed, paws, floor, carpet, couches, walls..etc. He can be a quirky dog, but I feel with the right family/person he will do so well. He definitely needs to be somewhere where he can get all the attention, and walks. He has a lot of energy and definitely favors human connection over other dogs. He does tend to play rough, so sometimes it can be hard for him to play with other dogs. Our daughter is allergic to Kobe.
