Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Tinkerbell or “Tink”! This tiny 7-lb. chihuahua, about 4 years old, is a spunky sweet girl who has so much love to give! Her adorably crooked ears and scruffy little face are sure to steal your heart away.
Tink loves everyone, especially her people! She’s also good with dogs and kids (not cat tested). Though her chihuahua nervousness shines through when meeting new friends, she quickly warms up and just wants affection and a lap to sit on. Though a little rambunctious during greetings, she soon settles in and just wants to snuggle in a blanket near her people. She’s getting used to the concept of personal space — all she wants is to smother you in love and kisses.
Tink has spent her last few weeks with her BFF, Bambi. Though not an officially bonded pair, being together gives them confidence and they are a great support to each other. They can be adopted together or separately. If they don’t stay together, Tink would do best in a home with another dog. It has helped to have a friend to keep her company when her humans are away.
Tink loves food! And being treat-motivated makes training a lot easier! She doesn’t know a lot of commands like sit and shake but has fairly good recall and is eager to please. Not sure how Tink would do in a kennel solo, but she is content kenneled alongside her new bestie, with only occasional whining. Like all new pups, Tink will need to be shown where to go potty, but after a couple of initial accidents at her foster home, her housetraining has been spot on!
Tink deserves all the love in the world. Her spunk and sweetness might just be the secret ingredient your home needs! Check her out on Instagram @bambi_tinkerbell_the_fosters.
Tinkerbell has been spayed, is current on vaccines, has tested negative for heartworm and is microchipped.
