Meet Willie Nelson, affectionately known as "the purple heeler" – a unique blend of red and blue heeler! This 18-month-old, 40-pound sweetheart may have faced a tough challenge after being hit by a car in front of Woodlake Animal Hospital, which led to hip surgery on one side. But don’t let that fool you; Willie’s spirit is unstoppable!

Willie loves to play with other dogs and is full of energy and joy. He’s the perfect companion for anyone who enjoys outdoor adventures like hiking and camping. With his crate training and impressive smarts, he’s incredibly well-behaved and eager to please. Willie is also wonderfully loyal and affectionate, making him an ideal friend for an active, loving home.

Veterinary references are requested.
Discussion of medical needs are discussed due to most of our cases being medical.
Interviewing is done with registered veterinary technician.
Follow up calls, emails, and possible home visits are performed weekly until every one is well.
If owner have other animals in the home we will ask for a meet and greet
Landlords are called or proof of ownership is needed.
