Earth is an awesome male kitten who was brought to the HSOV on June 27, 2024 by a Good Samaritan who found Earth and his two siblings (Wind & Fire) on Buckeye Avenue in Marietta Ohio with no mother in sight.
Earth, Wind and Fire were tiny 3-4 week old kittens who desperately needed nutritional/medical attention. Sadly, in spite of heroic efforts by our HSOV kennel techs, Wind and Fire did not survive. Thanks to a compassionate foster mother, Earth survived and is now a healthy, playful kitten.
Earth has a sleek black short smooth coat, a long tail, and an adorable triangular-shaped kitten face with golden eyes, a black velvet nose, and long black whiskers. Earth has huge over-sized ears (the better to hear the Temptation Treats bag being opened)!
Earth was given vaccinations on August 12, 2024 and was given booster vaccines on September 14, 2024. He has been given doses of Pyrantel wormer in July, August, and September 2024.
Earth was neutered on September 17, 2024 and was also given rabies vaccine. He weighed 3.7 lbs that day.
These updated photos of Earth were taken on November 2, 2024. Earth is the ultimate playboy and is all about fun-and-games. Earth was cute as a tiny kitten, and he is maturing into a magnificent big 'house panther' with a charming outgoing personality. Earth takes his playtime seriously (smile).
This little playboy is currently in his wonderful foster home but is ready to find a forever home of his very own either through adoption or rescue.
Rescue groups may contact our HSOV Feline Rescue Coordinator via email (sharonpaul2@suddenlink.net). We can usually help with transportation.
