My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Grace is still a young and will need a caring family to assist her with manners. She was born in January of this year and is now ready to find her home. Her ideal family will work with her on her exuberant hellos, as she sometimes loves to say hi by extending up your leg. Since shes still young, she still loves to play and has the energy to do so. Shet gets along with all sized dogs; we are unsure of cats. We believe she would do fine with children, if you can work on how she says hello to them.

She is a female pug mix who has mastered the art of kennel training. She will need continued guidance on a potty routine once she finds her new home. Grace is spayed, microchipped and up to date on vaccines.

Additional adoption info

In some circumstances, meeting the dog and a home check are done at the same time if the dog is ready to be adopted. We do have conversation with potential adopters prior to them meeting the dog. If they are interested in adopting a puppy who is not ready for adoption (not altered, not UTD, etc) they are able to put a hold on the pup until ready for adoption.

More about this rescue

Pathways for Paws was founded in October 2019. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit, no-kill, animal welfare organization.

Our mission is to make spay/neuter & vaccinations affordable to those in our communities. By achieving this, we will help prevent the neglect & abuse of dogs. All dogs in our care are spay/neutered, given the age appropriate vaccinations and microchipped before going to their FURever families.

We work with rescues & fellow animal advocates to continue growing a network of volunteers and supporters.
