Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Vidia is an adorable female kitten who was brought to the HSOV on August 4, 2024 along with her mother (Periwinkle) and his three siblings (Bobble, Rosetta, and Silvermist). Her mother Periwinkle had been raising her babies in the vicinity of an apartment complex in the Marietta/Reno Ohio area, so we were relieved this little family was safely indoors. Vidia and her brother/sisters were tiny 8-week old kittens at that time.
This little cutie pie has a dark gray-and-white short smooth coat, a long tail, and a beautiful face with golden eyes, white markings on her muzzle, a gray velvet nose, and long white whiskers.
Vidia was given vaccinations on August 17, 2024. She received booster vaccines on August 30th, October 16th, and October 31, 2024.
These photos were taken on October 14, 2024 when HSOV Volunteer Emma Dahlgren assisted Vidia and her siblings with their 'glamour pictures'. Vidia was a little out of her comfort zone when separated from her sisters, but she put on her happy face and gave us some super cute poses.
Vidia was spayed on October 22, 2024 and was also given rabies vaccine. She weighed 3.7 lbs that day.
Vidia is currently sharing a tower with her two sisters (Rosetta and Silvermist), and they have become quite the playgirls. We'd love to see them adopted as a trio (hint, hint). These girls are like The Three Musketeers (one for all and all for one). Their mother (Periwinkle) is also still in our shelter and looking for a special someone to give her a loving home.
Rescue groups may contact our HSOV Feline Rescue Coordinator via email (sharonpaul2@suddenlink.net). We can usually help with transportation.
