Meet Nick Fury, a cat with a personality as unique as his name. Despite his shy nature, Nick`s playful side comes to life when he finds a toy he loves. He`s known to carry his favorite toys in his mouth, a charming trait that makes him even more endearing. His curiosity knows no bounds, making every day a new adventure. Yet, he also has a friendly demeanor that shines through once he gets comfortable. Because of his more sensitive nature, we are requiring that he go to a home with experienced cat owners and any children must be 10 and over. He may do well with other cats in his new home with a slow introduction. Adopting Nick Fury means opening your home to a cat who will fill your life with joy, laughter, and lots of playtime.

Interview

Call and tell us what animal you're interested in and we discuss all aspects of the pet. If it's not a match, we can help you find one

2.
Submit Application

We will set up an appointment time for you to meet the pet and collect a Companion Request Form from you.

3.
Sign Adoption Contract

At your appointment we will give you an opportunity to meet the pet and make a final decision. If all goes well, you will take the pet home.

The mission of the Placer Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (Placer SPCA) is to enhance the lives of companion animals and support the human-animal bond.

We offer programs for the pets and people of Placer County, including adoptions, lost and found, low-cost spay and neuter assistance, humane education programs, emergency financial assistance for pet owners, free behavior advice, and low-cost microchips and rabies vaccines.
