Meet Maximillion Lewis Carrington IV! With a name as grand as his heart, this big, goofy boy is ready for his forever home. When Maximillion was found on the streets, he was skinny and starving. But thanks to the love and care of his foster parents, he's now thriving and full of life!

Maximillion adores soft blankets, whether he's stealing them to watch a movie with you or curling up for a cozy nap. He loves romping around the backyard, exploring every corner, and having playful adventures. With his gentle, joyful spirit, he'll quickly become your loyal cuddle buddy.

Adoptions applications are checked by contacting references and veterinarians of those with pets to ensure our pups go to the best homes possible. We work hard to place dogs into the right families, but sometimes we realize the fit isn't quite working out for the adopter or the pet..

If an adoption does not work out and we have room to take the dog back into the rescue, we will. However, the sheer number of needy animals in TX usually means we become full quickly after the dog is adopted. So, in those cases we will post the animal locally, and help the adopter screen applicants and facilitate finding another adoptive home for the pet in your area.

We are a TEXAS based rescue who transport regularly to this area. Our dogs are in TEXAS and will be transported to you if you adopt from us.

Our pets are posted on our website, and most live in homes with their fosters. We live with our foster dogs to get to know them in a home setting and to let them know that life can be good away from the streets.

We work to correct poor behaviors, teach manners and observe each dogs particular quirks and personalities so we can give accurate observations of the dogs you are interested in.

We know that dogs will sometimes behave differently with different people but we can give you our impressions of our pups and situations they have been in.
