My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Silvie is the runt, the smallest of the litter, always on the move and loves to snuggle with Seymore in the hammock. They seem to be the most bonded. She runs until she is out of steam and then she's really happy snuggling up with her foster mom for a nice, purry nap. MUST be adopted with a sibling.

More about this rescue

The Fayette County Humane Society (FCHS), staffed entirely by volunteers, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization supported entirely by individual and corporate donations. Because we do not have a shelter, all of the animals we rescue live in temporary foster homes until they are adopted. We believe that all companion pets have intrinsic value and should be treated with the reverence and care they deserve.
