My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Toffee & Bean, the bonded 4 year old Guinea Pigs! These two girls came to the Shelter as owner surrenders after their previous guardians started having allergies and were unable to continue caring for them. Toffee & Bean are bonded and required to go to a home together. In their previous home, they were housed in a large enclosure with a top. They lived in a home with teenagers and friendly dogs. They would nibble at younger children, according to their previous guardian. They would interact with the dogs through the cage walls, not while they were out. Their favorite snacks include romaine lettuce, green pepper, and freeze dried strawberries. Toffee & Bean are “semi-comfortable” with handling and may need a patient guardian to allow them to transition and form a bond before they are held a whole lot. Both have had their nails trimmed before and have done well. If you are looking for some lady pigs to be your new BFF – come meet Toffee & Bean today!
