Lenny! What a good boy he is! Fostering Lenny has been so much fun. He is a goofy boy who gets along with every dog and person he meets. He loves to play with other dogs, and has the cute habit of grabbing your hand gently in his mouth to get your attention. He is a very fast learner and will sit and wait for his meals without being told, and when it is time for his person to go out of the house for a while, Lenny goes right to his crate with no prompting. This adorable and handsome boy is still a puppy in an adult body and you see this in his sheer happiness about almost everything that happens during the day - get out of the crate - exciting! Wake up in the morning - exciting! Breakfast - exciting! Dinner - exciting! Mom stretching - exciting! People visiting - exciting! Kong toy with frozen peanut butter - exciting! And while he is definitely happy, and shows it, he is not crazy, knocking you over and jumping on you happy. He's just a genuinely happy, loving boy. Lenny is an early riser and is ready to face the day right off the bat. He is quite submissive with people and other dogs. Cats are an unknown. Lenny is still a little gangly and has fallen off the couch and the bed on occasion and once in a while bumps into the wall when he is busy looking over his shoulder at you. It's hilarious! Everything about him is so cute and genuine. There isn't a mean bone in his body. He is a sensitive boy who doesn't like to disappoint you, and if you do scold him for something, he will immediately seek your forgiveness and you will be hard pressed not to give it once you see how bad he feels. Lenny will be a faithful, lifetime companion to the lucky person or family that adopts him.
