My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

**This is a courtesy post. If you are interested in adopting or knowing more about Bruce, please contact Malia: malia.skye.66@gmail.com

Personality types:
Energizer cat - Wants to play 24/7.
Private investigator - Curiosity knows no bounds and is always finding the hidden nooks and corners of your home.
Professional Cuddler - Affectionate, loves to snuggle and be close.

Please meet Bruce, aka Oreo, aka Mr. Batman.

This kitten came to me very skinny and urgently meowing, and I could tell something was wrong. He was immediately affectionate, and when he tested positive for panleukopenia, he was such a brave fighter and miraculously pulled through.

He is estimated to be 7-8 months old, super friendly and cuddly, litter box trained, up to date on all vaccines, neutered, and microchipped.

Bruce loves people, food, cuddling, sitting on my lap while I work, making biscuits, giving kisses, and playing (especially with his feather wand). He is very curious, and has a lot of kitten energy. He likes to talk and has also been quite easy going and resilient, especially with the transfers to the pet hospital, vets, and new homes. He does well with children, unsure about dogs, but did not do well with my cat (he seems territorial and scared of another male cat). Bruce needs to go to a home where he will be the only cat, and ideally the only pet.

He is currently staying with a friend temporarily until we can find him a new home.

* You must be 18 or older to adopt. If you’re under 18, you must have a parent or guardian submit an application on your behalf.
* All cats must be kept indoors. In special circumstances, we may waive this requirement on a case-by-case basis.
* We do not adopt to any home that will declaw an animal. Declawing is cruel and unnecessary.
* All cats/kittens must be spayed/neutered prior to adoption.
* Kittens under 6 months must be adopted in pairs or into a home with another active cat or cat-friendly dog.
* Your adoption fee helps to cover a small part of the costs of veterinary care. However, we strongly recommend that you take your new kitty to your vet for a check-up shortly after adopting to establish a relationship and a lifetime of regular check-ups and care.
