Meet Scatter, a brave 2-year-old Tortie with a tender spirit shaped by a rough past. Arriving at the shelter with an old injury that left her missing a back foot, she’s still learning to walk her own way. Despite it all, Scatter melts for gentle neck scratches and happily plops down for petting sessions. Recently spayed, she’s ready for a fresh start with a caring, indoor-only home where she can finally feel safe and loved.
