My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Amy, a charming tortoiseshell cat who`s 10 years old and carries a little extra weight, giving her a cuddly appearance. With her beautifully blended coat of rich browns, oranges, and blacks, she radiates warmth and character. Her round, expressive green eyes are filled with wisdom and a touch of mischief, always watching her surroundings with curiosity. Amy has a gentle demeanor, often enjoying lazy afternoons curled up in a sunny spot or perched on her favorite window sill, watching the world go by. Despite her slightly plump figure, she has a playful spirit and loves gentle playtime, particularly with her stuffed toys. This sweet girl is a beloved member of the family, bringing joy and comfort to everyone around her.

How much does it cost to adopt?
Amy`s adoption price is $50, with an additional $50 charge that covers the cost of having Amy spayed when she came into our care.

What else comes with adopting a pet from HHS?
All animals adopted from the Huron Humane Society receive a free vet visit from your choice of one of our three Alpena Veterinary clinic partners, as well as the peace of mind of knowing your new furry family member is up-to-date on vaccinations and preventative treatments.
