Peanut aka Puppy is in need of a new home. He loves people, but does not do well with small animals. He lives with another large female dog, though & does well with other large dogs that are good with other dogs, but is not good with smaller dogs, cats, or small animals. Would do well with a single person or family with older children. He is a big dog that doesn't know his size, so, may not be good for smaller kids. He definitely needs room to run as he has lots of energy, so, at least a large fenced in yard is a necessity. He's neutered, knows basic commands, & is the sweetest goofball of a dog. He does well as an inside couch potato or outside watdog (weather permitting). I'm positive he would protect his family with his life. He may would make a good hunting dog due to his drive, but has not been trained for it since we don't hunt. There is no adoption fee, but if out of state transport is needed, we may need help.
