Meet Freyah – Your Perfect Adventure Buddy!

Hi there! I’m Freyah, a lovable, obedient (and calm) eight-year-old,90-pound Shepherd mix with a heart as big as my paws. I’m super attached to my people and love being part of the action—or just hanging out quietly while you work. My foster parents say I’m the sweetest, most well-behaved foster ever, and I’m ready to find my forever family!

A Little About Me:

Personality: Sweet, affectionate, and gentle. I love attention but know how to relax when it’s quiet time.
Best Friend: I live with a Beagle buddy who’s taught me about house living and people manners. We’ve become great friends, but I’d be just as happy being your one-and-only or having other doggy siblings!
Hobbies: Exploring the yard, going on walks, and hopping in the car for adventures. I’m an outdoorsy girl who loves fresh air and long strolls. A fenced yard would be a dream come true!
Foodie Alert: I’m not picky—I’ll happily enjoy whatever treats or meals you offer.

What I’m Looking For:

A family who understands I need time to feel secure in my new home.
Someone patient to help me continue learning how to stay calm on walks and not bark at strangers or other dogs (I get a little excited sometimes—it’s my Shepherd instincts!).
A home where I won’t be left alone too often, at least until I’m comfortable.

Submit Application

Submit an adoption application at www.angelsrescue.org/adopt and a member of our Adoption Team will contact you for an interview.

2.
Meet the Pet

Our pets are located in foster homes. Once your application is approved, you will be connected with the foster family.

3.
Home Check

The foster family will do a brief home visit to ensure that it's a perfect match between family & pet!

4.
Pay Fee

Adoption fees range from $50 - $150 for cats and $150 - $300 for dogs. Specials and discounts may apply.

5.
Sign Adoption Contract

Take the Pet Home

Our team is available for support and referrals post adoption if you need it!

We ask that all pets and family members meet your potential new pet so that everyone can be sure they are the right fit!

Puppies and kittens under 4 months may only be adopted locally. Fully vetted and altered pets may be adopted out of state.
