Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Come meet me and 100+ of my adoptable friends at Louie's Legacy Animal Rescue's MEGA adoption event, Home for the Holidays! Saturday, November 16th, 2024 at the Warren County Career Center from 11am - 3pm!
I can see a dog in your future! Yes, a little white dog with light brown ears, and the cutest little face...
Meet Oracle! Oracle, more affectionately called Ori, is a 2-year-old, 6 lb Malti-Pom (Maltese and Pomeranian mix). Oracle is a super sweet girl trying really hard to get a new outlook on life! Ori is a puppy mill survivor who is really trying to learn how to be a normal dog!
Ori is a little shy and skittish around new people, but you can tell she is really trying to embrace her new life! Oracle loves to be comfy. She loves to spend her nights in a warm dog bed. She also really seems to like cuddles and affection, but she is still a little hesitant to engage in this behavior. With some patience, Ori will be the best cuddle bug ever! Ori also likes to play outside, but much like everything else, this is a new activity for her, so she is really learning how to do it and how to enjoy it. Despite not liking a leash at all, when Ori gets to go on walks in her doggie stroller, she loves it so much!
Ori is good with other dogs, cats, and most humans. She is a little shy around new people, and she may be a bit skittish, but after she is given some time to warm up, she will be comfortable with people in no time! Oracle is crate trained, and she is actively working on potty training. At first, Ori was not potty trained at all, but thanks to other dogs in the house, Ori is well on her way to becoming a housebroken dog! Overall, Ori has had a rough start to her life, but you can tell she really wants to try to be a normal dog. With some patience and love, Ori will be the best (and cutest) dog you could ask for!
If you can foresee a new dog in your future, apply for Oracle today!
Oracle is currently fostered in the Cincinnati, OH area. Her adoption fee is $450.00.

All of our animals come spayed or neutered, up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations, are microchipped, heartworm negative, current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, dewormed, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. The adoption fee covers a portion of these services and makes it possible for us to continue rescuing animals.
For more information on the adoption fees and the adoption process, please complete our adoption application here: https://www.louieslegacy.org/adopt - an application allows us to get to know your family better so we can assess whether the animal you are interested in is a good match for your home. An application does not obligate you to adopt. Please understand that due to the volume of applications some animals receive, we are unable to contact all applicants. If your application is considered a good fit for the animal you are interested in, or even a different pet, a volunteer will give you a call as soon as possible.
We are a foster based rescue and do not have a shelter location where animals can be seen during the week. Please see our Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/LouiesLegacy for our weekly adoption album if you are interested in meeting an animal in person. Not all animals attend every adoption event, please check our Facebook page for animal event times and locations before you make a trip to meet a specific animal.

We are committed to ensuring the safety of our animals for their entire lifetimes so that they will never suffer abuse, neglect or abandonment again.
