Meet Sophia! Sophia is a resilient 5 yr old, 50-pound cream Golden Retriever with a heart full of love despite her challenging start in life.

Coming from a puppy mill, Sophia is learning to trust and experience the world in a whole new way. She's full of energy and spirit that shines brighter each day! Sophia is looking for a patient and caring family that can give her the time and affection she deserves. She can be s little timid at first, but once she warms up she'll be your most loyal friend and ready for any adventure.

Sophia would love a nurturing home, a yard to play and explore, and a family to give her the security and love she missed early on. If you're looking for something special this holiday, Sophia would love to be your new best friend!

Sophia is currently fostered in Cincinnati. Her adoption fee is $450.

All of our animals come spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, are microchipped, heartworm negative, current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, dewormed, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. The adoption fee covers a portion of these services, and makes it possible for us to continue rescuing animals.

We are a foster based rescue and do not have a shelter location where animals can be seen during the week.
