Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Come meet me and 100+ of my adoptable friends at Louie's Legacy Animal Rescue's MEGA adoption event, Home for the Holidays! Saturday, November 16th, 2024 at the Warren County Career Center from 11am - 3pm!
Meet Gloria from the Christmas litter! Gloria and her siblings Joel, Claus, Holly, and Angel are a lively group of 3-month-old Yorkshire Terrier/Chihuahua mixes.
These pups are spunky and active! Expected to be small dogs when fully grown, they are a surprisingly quiet bunch. While in foster care, the only time they have barked is outside when startled by a person or animal. They have been around dogs, men, women, and children, and have done well with all of them.
At almost 9 pounds, Gloria is the largest female in the litter. She has beautiful shiny black hair with a striking brown face. Gloria is a little more reserved and independent than her siblings. She loves to play with her littermates and wants human attention as much as the others, but, she's just a little more patient trying to get it. Once she warms up to you, she is very sweet and affectionate!
If Gloria sounds like the dog for you, and you think you are the one to provide her the forever home that she deserves, please apply today. She would be a wonderful addition to most families.
Gloria is currently being fostered in the Cincinnati, Ohio area. Her adoption fee is $400.

All of our animals come spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, are microchipped, heartworm negative, current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, dewormed, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. The adoption fee covers a portion of these services, and makes it possible for us to continue rescuing animals.
For more information on the adoption fees and the adoption process, please complete our adoption application here: https://www.louieslegacy.org/adopt - an application allows us to get to know your family better so we can assess whether the animal you are interested in is a good match for your home. An application does not obligate you to adopt. Please understand that due to the volume of applications some animals receive, we are unable to contact all applicants. If your application is considered a good fit for the animal you are interested in, or even a different pet, a volunteer will give you a call as soon as possible.
We are a foster based rescue and do not have a shelter location where animals can be seen during the week. Please see our Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/LouiesLegacy for our weekly adoption album if you are interested in meeting an animal in person. Not all animals attend every adoption event, please check our Facebook page for animal event times and locations before you make a trip to meet a specific animal.
