Meet Waffles, a sweet 6.5 month-old Doberman Shepherd mix who’s ready to become the love of your life! He was rescued from the shelter euthanasia list and is already crate trained and potty trained. Waffles is a champ on the leash, making walks a breeze, and he loves to socialize with other doggos.

Waffles really wants to have an attachment to “his person”! He is very gentle, quick learner, and eager to please. He knows sit, down, stay, paw, and recalls with a treat encouragement. Waffles loves exploring, running around, and playing fetch. He loves cuddles as well as playtime. He will make a great addition to any family!

ADOPTION FEE*: Fees vary due to costs put into them, but START at $400 for adults and $500 for puppies.

The adoption fee is for the adoption of the pet. We make sure that our animals are or will be spayed/neutered, receive the proper vaccines and are microchipped and we cover the cost for that if it's not already done before you adopt.

More about this rescue

A Wish for Animals is an all volunteer run organization trying to help as many homeless animals as possible. We work tirelessly to help these animals become adoptable and work hard to find the them the right match so that you can enjoy your pet for the rest of its' life.

During Covid we have been inundated with applications, so please be patient with us as we all work full time as well and are doing our best to care for our animals and find the right homes for them.
